Rust Converter
PARCLEAN–R, a specially formulated blend of organic & inorganic rust neutralizers effectively converts rust into inert compounds and inhibits further rusting of steel surfaces.
APPLICATIONS
On reinforcement steel in old/new buildings. On old steel structure, pipes, tanks & vessels. On rusted parts in vehicles and farm equipments. On rusted railings, gates, rolling shutters etc.
ADVANTAGES
Converts rust to inert compounds. Extends life of steel & RCC structures. Easy to apply with a brush. Inhibits further rusting.

GUIDELINES FOR USE
Remove the rust from the steel surface using a wire brush. Clean the surface to remove any powder or loose particles. Apply PARCLEAN–R to the steel surface using a fine brush. (Note : Plastic container should be used for PARCLEAN–R.) Allow the coat to dry for about 12 hours. Inspect the area for loose material and powder and remove the same with a brush. In case of any sign of rust remaining on the surface, apply a second coat of PARCLEAN–R. The surface is then ready to receive the passivating coat of PARCOAT–S.
PARCLEAN – R covers about 100 sq. ft / coat / kg on a steel plate.
STORAGE	:	Stable under normal conditions. Should be stored away from direct sunlight.
HANDLING	:	Use of gloves and safety glasses is recommended.
PACKING	:	Available in 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg and 20 kg.
